You
have the power to overcome conflict and live a happy and peaceful
life.
We, as human beings, have an uncanny ability to go beyond
perceptions, training, and experiences and think our way
to wherever we want to go. We have the innate power to direct
our lives, and become whatever we choose.
This may sound simple, but it's not so easy to realize. Attaining the inner power
and quiet self-assurance that allows for a gentleness of spirit while standing
strong on a firm base of well-constructed convictions borne of wisdom has been,
for me, a lifelong, and on-going, task! |

Harnessing the power of the mind is not a
new concept, yet our schools generally miss the mark. The
only way to enjoy the harmony needed to be in charge of your
life is to balance your mind, body and spirit. A strong focus
on the mind and spirit can actually achieve this goal because,
while body awareness is important, the body is actually an
effect of the mind. Therefore, it is more important to achieve
inner peace than to spend a lot of time and energy fighting
or suppressing physical (body) symptoms. Fighting and resistance
will only keep you from alignment and away from peace; experiencing
peace is critical to taking charge of your life.
In my upcoming book, The Seven Laws of Peaceful Solutions: A Practical
Guide to Finding Peace in the Living Room and the Court Room, I've outlined
the seven simple steps to overcoming conflict and changing your life. You'll
learn about the Soul's Path and how to align yourself with your true purpose.
On this website you will discover some of the insights I've gained and tools
I've created over many years in the course of my transcendental journey. It is
my hope that in sharing my own experiences with you, you will find the information
you need to brighten your path, lighten your load, and ease your struggle.
Remember: If you're looking for peace, look within. That's
where peace lives.

Celebrate the positive. Move
the focus to that which you want in life, and away from that
which feels sordid and repugnant. Through this intention
we all can create a meeting of the minds: A deeply powerful
meeting that can make a difference in the world.
