Gross National Happiness: Stress Abatement through Laughter and Music:
Stress creates an inhospitable environment for harmony, peace and happiness. This workshop provides scientific information regarding the effects of stress, and the effects of laughter and sound on human physiology and brain function. Experience the fun of laughter and the peace of Biosome Vibrational Music (BVM) and other calming sounds, and learn how to reduce tension and anxiety. The term "gross national happiness" is borrowed from the King of Bhutan, a small country in the Himalayas, bordered by Nepal, Bangladesh, Tibet and Burma. The king said "no" to requests to deforest portions of his country to exploit its natural resources citing the importance of Bhutan's "gross national happiness."

Contemplation: Shift Consciousness, Go to the Core
Discover the art of silence and focused breathing to relax the body and calm the brain. In this course we ask the question: What is the soul? Could it be consciousness? Interspersed with discussion of the mystery of mystical experiences, participants learn techniques of contemplative stillness.

The Soul's Path is a visual and conceptual aid that assists in opening the pathway to your purpose, and destiny. You can be joyfully true to yourself and make choices that fulfill your life's plan through the release of distractions.
